HOW TO BOOK
STEP 1
Click on the Explore & Book Hotels button to open my personalised Virtuoso hotel collection. Select Hotels from the menu, search for your destination and choose the hotel you’d like to stay at.
Click Check Rates and Availability, enter your travel dates and explore available rooms and rates. Once you’ve found the right fit, select Book.

STEP 2
CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
If you are new to Virtuoso, you’ll be prompted to create a free account. Please make sure Kirsty Mitchell is selected as your travel advisor so your booking is linked to Kirsty and Co.
Already have an account? Simply sign in and follow the steps to complete your reservation. Once confirmed, you’ll receive your booking details directly from Virtuoso.
STEP 3
ONCE YOU’RE BOOKED
Once you’ve booked, simply forward your confirmation to kirsty@smartflyer.com.au
I’ll check your Virtuoso benefits and touch base with the hotel where needed, so those thoughtful extras aren’t overlooked.
